Trials and I

To start to this I would like to narrate a fable:

A man went digging soil for building his farmland, but, while digging just a few meter he came across a big boulder obstructing the way for his required share of soil. He pressed hard the boulder won't move still he tried it won't budge; he finally covered the place with soil saying: Oh! this place is filled with rocks; and left that place in a huff. There came another man aiming to dig that area for his farmland, this time as he started digging he found that same boulder big enough for him to do anything. Still, he tried digging, he hammered the rock hard, little by little the boulder chiseled. In the evening he went back home renewed his strength, came back again with a big chiseler and a hammer, it took him days, all mocked him- "why are you wasting time on a stony plot"? but the man did not give up. Finally after a week or so his chisel struck something metal, he further dug the ground and in was a chest. And you all must be thinking he struck gold.
No! he got a scroll written on it was  your pass to heaven! And that was more than all the treasure of the world.
Trials in our lives are like the boulders hidden inside the earth, and it comes in our lives only when we want to achieve a goal in our lives. But! hold on trials do not come in the lives of people who are not heaven bound, they face difficult times, adverse situations and they can term it as problems. Why I am saying that trials only come to those are heaven bound, because after any trial you are either selected or rejected. Well wont you all agree, specially when we go to a shopping mall, buying that most costliest dress, the dress we dream about is rejected after... hmmm complete my sentence. :) After that trial you make and you find that it does not fits you, either you change your idea, or want to have the same dress of your own size. But the dress you first picked is REJECTED.
So trials or difficult times either select us or reject us from being the part of heaven. Now comes the second half of the post. If I am really in a trial...
  • The first thing is try and try hard, don't look for alternates.
  • As the man after trying hard went back home to rest, we too can find that rest in prayers, when we converse with our GOD. In my trials I converse with my GOD in loneliness specially in the night, and I converse with HIM as HE is in front of me, with all the gestures I could have used when I could have been talking to a person. But again no sound, your lips will move without a voice. In that way no one will know... :)
  • If you are still finding it difficult then share with a person who can intercede for you. As I had one and I have one.
  • If songs are your fort sing songs of victory, or listen to them but with a closed eyes. this also does wonders.
  • And then to find further help praying taking Bible in your hand, and open quickly to read the portion that opens in-front of you that could be the way how to behave, tackle the situation that has come in your life.
  • And if still I don't find the solution I try to introspect, did I do anything wrong, that again can be the reason I may be in that difficult situation.
  •   Then you can go back to the trial area once again with more power to overcome.
After going through these steps, either has helped me to overcome the trial, or given me the strength to face the trial.
More so over when ever you are facing the trial, try I know its hard but we can obviously try, don't look it as a problem, count it as a test or exam you are supposed to appear for . As we are anxious during that exams that is normal, but we won't feel then dejected, we tend to give exams in schools and colleges even when we are afraid of it, have exams phobia and so many things as at the back of my mind I know without giving this exam I can't qualify for the next new class.
So cheer up! If you are inside the trial you are ready for the next class as:
EVERY TRIAL IS THE NEXT STEP TO HEAVEN
and remember what JESUS said:
"I have told you these things, so that in ME you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world."

Faith and I

What I feel...
Faith as Bible says " Heb 11:1 (NIV) Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see." Many a times this faith when we are trapped in a storm tend to so much waiver, this faith can be on anything be it a system, person and even on ourselves.
But why does our faith waiver, why do we say we are loosing our faith.
I am introspecting this matter on GOD, that we all are gradually loosing, and becoming aimless and destructive. JESUS also said in Luke 18:8 (NIV)I tell you, he will see that they get justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?"

Then if we see all around us we find that people are gradually loosing this faith on GOD, faith that determines how we think and perceive, things around us.
  • Faith in itself is like a small seed a tiny one, but that has the power to do great things.
  • Faith is being sure of what we hope.
But how can we be sure? cause in today's world all things are depended on proof. But if you and I are provided with a proof then that's not faith. Because again.
  • Faith is certainty of what we do not see.
How can we be certain of things that we do not see? For that Bible wants us to be like a child believe like a child. Cause if I have a child and if I tell him or her anything about anything he or she will totally believe, it and then that child is so certain (suppose I tell that child that pencil is to be termed as pen) that if a stranger goes on to correct that child the child does not agree. Now why does that child does this because he or she has a firm faith that I am right. And this firmness comes due to the loving relationship we both share. Then why we don't have faith because:
  • We have lost our first love with GOD.
Why have we lost that love? It's not just we but also the children have lost their love of GOD and gradually the Churches are empty on Sundays, the new generation have become a festive believer. This is gradually gaining momentum and a craze specially among the developed nations to devoid their faith and live a unleashed life. Its time for the parents to stand up to bring their child at the feet of the living GOD. So that that humanity can be saved. Where there is love of GOD there is no hatred, and when love of GOD is there; there is a controlled life, that we often avoid.
LET US INTRODUCE OUR CHILDREN
TO THE LOVE OF GOD.
(open for  further refinement and hoping that we could all love GOD)

Indian Budget and Common Man

Budget what it means to me:
Dear Mr. Finance Minister,
Finance and me they have been a pole apart thing, neither I understand him (obviously finance) nor he understand me...(thereby I am short of it) but yes the budget season creates a kind of interest in me. To be precise creates an inquisitiveness as to what now? Obviously its always for some you have to pay more, some you have to pay the same, and in some the rates of which are slashed, well I don't get to buy those products...as it can be fertilizer :)
Coming budget is giving indication of gradual removal of subsidy from gas price, diesel etc. on which my life runs... that means pay more use less. Budget session always leaves a stress mark on the forehead of the middle class family, as he earns so much that he is banned from ration shops (what to say) and does not earns so much as to the fact that price rise would not affect his status. Common man (or middle class) has to now cut short his expenses. But! can I now cut down my expenses, I can't now go by bike... arrey baba! car is a status symbol for a common man now our dear Mr. Finance Minister wants us to keep my car in the garage and drive a bike. How can I? so the expense still increases. And dear Mr. Finance Minister does not want me to cook on wood, this I can't even imagine, so where do I cut my expenses... Yes! can't eat out! have to stick on the healthy home cooked food. Then please Mr. Finance Minister please make a rule for the eateries to block their fragrance of yum yum foods from tingling my nose and then stomach. :)
Mr. Finance Minister I hope something is thought by for the middle class. We too are your vote bank, please consider our status when deciding and sealing your budget.
For middle class maintaining his or her status is a big deal after every budget, because 'uski izzat hi uska sab kuch hain!' (translation: for his honor is everything for him)
Bye and care
From
The common man.

Indian Railways and Common Man

On Indian Railways
As you travel in the Indian railways, you tend to, realize and understand the diversity of India on one hand, and it also forces you to think and re-think we need to change. Ha! traveling in AC class was like a dream come true for a middle class, but the scenario has changed, now middle class can easily afford the same : so is it that India is shinning or Indian railways is shinning...some way or the other one is surely shining :) and lets hope its increases its sheen in the new government :).
But remorse remains the same...for what? the bedsheets, eeks if you are traveling sometimes you can easily identify from the hair whether the bedsheets given to you was used by the fairer sex..or the darker sex ;)
I hate that experience. Then comes the ever-smelling toilets, thanks to the railways you have a door in your compartment, cleansed and then again dirtied by the passengers, the story remains the same in the toilets. But its quite better than the sleepers. Then comes the story of daily passengers who think it to be their right to travel in AC's why not its their fundamental right if you are a employee of railways, or GRPS, they will ask you to shift please! as if you are in their seats, and its good if you are traveling with small kids who can create havoc, as they avoid those seats...:) and dear T.T. will come asking to show the ticket you are carrying but not theirs... oops! relatives na!
But still with all these Indian Railways is Indian Railways the best, way to travel, enjoying the scenic beauty and the feel of your own country.
Chai! Chai! Rampyari Chai!
Samoseyyyyyyyyyyyyy!

FIFA and Common Man

The Football World Cup is on...
Such a frenzy and hue and cry really sports does unite you in some way or the another. But the common man can learn so much from this world cup to tackle so much even the adverse conditions. Lets plunge in to understand what it has in store for us. So are you ready....!
1. Focus towards the goal: Ha! in life we have goals the players in football to have a goal, the goal is to put the ball inside the opponents net. Now when we the commoners try to reach our goals we say Life is tough! IT IS INDEED TOUGH! But football has a lesson here, have you seen Neymar striving for the goal or imagine any of your favorites... but don't be Christiano at the world cup ;)
Neymar has to tackle so many opponents, sometimes he falls, sometimes brought down by his opponents, and then the final devil as the goalkeeper will do anything to not allow the ball you had hit so hard to go inside the goal. Once denied, but do these forward ever stop or relent. Stop them once, they are ready with the attack once again. So we too can't stop now.

2. You rejoice for others achievement: See the team rejoicing together when one of their own team members is able to put the ball in the opponents net, such spirit of togetherness and oneness is often we lack in our lives. This lackness often devoid us of moments of rejoicing and happiness because we tend to sulk in the achievement of our pal. Am I not right...

 3. Team Spirit and our dependence on each other: To reach our goal in life we can't and never survive on our own we need the defenders who guard your goal, the midfielders who are the connection between the defenders and the forward, and if you are striving for the goal then you are in the forward, the right pass has to come from the players playing with you, then only you can reach the goal. So in our lives we have so many members, our parents, teachers, friends and so many; without them I can't reach my goal we can't reach our goal. So together you and I win.

Life is like the game of Football you win some
and loose some. But being in the game you have
a fair chance to win. So lets play on!
